Terms and Conditions

1. The Service

The Service is provided by MyCatholicSpouse.com and you understand and agree to the following:

• If you choose to register, you must submit a valid e-mail address and select a password during the registration process.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your username and password, and all uses of your account.
• You are expected to provide only true and accurate information about yourself and your family.
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are expected to maintain fair use of information you get from the website.
• You are expected to treat other members with respect and dignity and not use any abusive language or personal attacks.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded. MyCatholicSpouse.com will not be held liable for any loss or damage for non-compliance.
• Divorced Candidates who seek new alliance should submit the Marriage Annulment certificate issued by Church and the Civil Divorce certificate issued by the Court during registration.
• Widowed Candidates who seek new alliance should submit the Death certificate of the deceased spouse during registration.
• All profiles will be activated only after verification from our side, however, it is the responsibility of the users to verify and confirm the details of the candidates themselves.
• All paid registrations are valid for the period taken (one year/six months/three months), or till the marriage is fixed, whichever comes first.
• MyCatholicSpouse.com does not involve directly in the matchmaking process of any candidates. Matchmaking should be done by the Candidate/Parents.

2. Registration Process

As part of the registration process for the Service, you agree to:

• Provide certain limited information about you as prompted to do so by the Service (current, complete and accurate).
• Maintain and update this information as required to keep it current.

MyCatholicSpouse.com reserves the right to delete accounts created by users who appropriate the name, likeness, email address, or other personally identifiable information of another individual.

3. User Conduct & Content

You agree to act responsibly and to treat other users and members with respect. You are allowed to Like only 5 profiles in 24 hours and 3 profiles in the subsequent day.

Prohibited Content includes material that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, or harmful.
• Encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense.
• Transmits "spam," junk mail, or unauthorized advertising.
• Infringes upon patents, trademarks, or proprietary rights.
• Contains viruses or material designed to disrupt functionality.

5. Content & Monitoring

You are fully responsible for any content you post. We reserve the right to review and delete any content that violates this Agreement, is offensive, illegal, or harmful. This includes material that is harassing, abusive, obscene, or infringes on proprietary rights.

6. Privacy & Third Parties

MyCatholicSpouse.com shall not be liable for your interactions with individuals or organizations found through the service. Any disputes between participants are solely between those parties.

We do not recommend or approve of any kind of gift/dowry system. MyCatholicSpouse.com does not accept any commission or brokerage for matchmaking beyond the displayed registration fees.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership without notice for conduct that violates this Agreement, including duplicate profiles or misbehavior towards fellow members.
